Hajduk Split is the biggest club of the Dalmatia region in Croatia. Everywhere in this region you can find street art of the ‘Torcida Split’. This club was once a big club in ancient Yugoslavia but nowadays they struggle and ended last season only as fourth. Their last title dates from 2005. Biggest rival Dynamo Zagreb won the championship last season for the twentieth time which make them the record champion of Croatia.
Poljud stadium is one of the biggest stadiums in the Balkan countries. The stadium was opened in 1973 and has a capacity of 34.198. In November ’15 it was officially recognized as culture heritage.
